"Familia felina // A feline family"

De las cinco especies de felinos que existen en el estado de Sinaloa, tres de ellas pueden ser admiradas en el minizoológico que se encuentra dentro del Bosque de la Ciudad.
Mika es el nombre de una hermosa jaguar de 10 meses de edad; Zimba, un onza macho con más de tres años de vida; y Tigrillo, el tercer compañero que integra la familia felina. En su alimentación llevan una dieta especial a base de pollo y carne roja; son mamíferos regionales, originarios de La Noria, y llegaron al zoológico a través de personas que decidieron donarlas al Acuario Mazatlán.
Al encontrarse dentro del bosque, usted puede acceder al zoológico de manera gratuita, y si es entre las 10:30 y las 16:30 horas, podrá encontrar a Abigail y Gracia, las jóvenes responsables de esta área, quienes le ofrecerán un tour con información sobre los felinos.
Si usted aún no conoce a ningún integrante de esta familia, Mika, Zimba y Tigrillo le hacen la invitación para que los visite y, sobre todo, participe en la conservación de su hábitat, ya que son animales en peligro de extinción.

A feline family
They are guests of honor in the City Forest
Three of the five species of feline that live in Sinaloa can be viewed in the mini zoo that is in the City Forest. Mika is the name of a gorgeous, 10 month old jaguar, Zimba, a male ounce who is at least three years old and Tigrillo are the three cats that make up the family. They eat a special diet of chicken and red meat. They are mammals from La Noria and they came to the zoo because some people decided to donate them to the Mazatlan Aquarium.
When you are inside the City Forest, you can enter the zoo for free. If you are there between 10:30 and 16:30 you can find Abigail and Gracia, the young people in charge of the area. They will offer you an informative tour of the feline area. If you still don't know any of this cat family, Mika, Zimba and Tigrillo extend an invitation to visit them and, above all, to participate in the conservation of their habitat since they are animals in danger of extinction.
