Precauciones en un viaje por carretera
Llegado el momento de partir todo tiene que estar previsto, para evitar riesgos innecesarios
- Días antes de salir lleve el carro a un chequeo minucioso.
- De preferencia no salga a carretera los días y en las horas en los que se prevea mayor afluencia de vehículos.
- Es conveniente llevar un mapa, trace la ruta que tiene intención de seguir.
- Los niños deben ocupar siempre los asientos traseros, y si son menores de 12 años, tendrán que viajar en sillas especiales y usar el cinturón de seguridad igual que el resto de los pasajeros.
- La persona que conduzca no debe hacerlo cansada, con estrés o ansiedad, ni ingerir alcohol, comer en exceso o utilizar el teléfono celular mientras conduce.
- Para evitar el cansancio es conveniente pararse a descansar cada dos o tres horas, estirar las piernas, refrescarse y comer algo ligero.
- Siempre que viaje en coche tampoco debe olvidar los papeles del mismo, por supuesto todo tiene que estar en regla, como el permiso de conducir, el último recibo pagado del seguro.
- Lleve además los teléfonos de urgencias y de asistencia en carretera.
