Aerofest Mazatlán es el nombre del espectáculo acrobático aéreo que se presentará en Mazatlán este jueves 17 y viernes 18, calentando motores para Gran Triatlón Pacífico.
Considerado de calidad internacional, el evento se distingue por ser la primera vez que en México se reúnen las diferentes modalidades de deportes aéreos en naves ultraligeras como alas delta, parapente y paramotor, además de exhibiciones de aviones de radiocontrol y globos de Cantoya.
Las naves serán dirigidas por pilotos expertos como Vico Gutiérrez, reconocido por volar en su avión ultraligero desde Montreal hasta Morelia, siguiendo la ruta de la mariposa monarca. Y Enrique Herrera, el piloto número uno a nivel nacional en acrobacia, octavo a nivel mundial.
Habrá muchas razones más para voltear a ver el cielo de Mazatlán.

Jueves 17 de abril
9:00 a 11:00 Dos aviones ultraligeros tipo delta volarán con pancartas a lo largo de la bahía.
12:00 a 13:00 Vuelo de tres paramotores y un ala delta con motor (mosquito).
16:00 a 17:00 Salto simultáneo de dos paracaidistas desde aviones ultraligeros tipo delta.
18:00 a 19:00 Desde la playa se liberan seis globos de Cantoya.
Viernes 18 de abril
7:00 Liberación de seis globos de Cantoya
11:00 a 13:00 Dos aviones ultraligeros tipo delta remolcan pancartas y regalan miniparacaídas.
15:30 a 15:55 Liberación de seis globos de Cantoya y exhibición de vuelo de aviones de radio control.
16:00 a 16:35 Exhibición de listones voladores.
16:50 a 17:25 Remolque de alas delta, intentarán romper récord
17:25 a 17:45 Exhibición y maniobras de alas delta.
17:55 a 18:20 Seis paramotores realizarán maniobras con giros de 360 grados en vuelo simultáneo con una distancia entre cada equipo de 500 metros
18:30 a 18:55 Ascenso de paracaidistas.

The Aero Fest puts the port on the international map
Aero Fest Mazatlan is the name of the acrobatic air show that will be held in Mazatlan this Thursday and Friday, April 17th and 18th as it warms things up for the Great Pacifico Triathlon. Considered to be of international quality, this event is distinguished for being the first time in Mexico that different methods of air sport will be together. There will be ultra lights, gliders and paramotors in addition to radio controlled planes and hot air balloons.
The planes will be flown by expert pilots like Vico Guitierrez, who is known for having flied his ultra light from Montreal to Morelia following the same route that the monarch butterflies fly in their annual migration, and Enrique Herrera, the nation?s number 1 pilot in acrobatics and ranked 8th overall in the world.
There will be many reasons to turn your eyes skyward in Mazatlan.

Thursday, April 17
9:00 to 11:00 Two delta ultra lights will fly with banners along the bay
12:00 to 13:00 Flight of three paramotors and a ?mosquito? (motorized delta wing or hang glider)
16:00 to 17:00 A simultaneous jump of parachutists from delta ultra lights
18:00 to 19:00 6 hot air balloons will be released from the beach
Friday, April 18th: releasing of 6 hot air balloons
11:00 to 13:00 Two delta ultra lights tow banners and drop mini-parachutes.
15:30 to 15:55 Releasing of 6 hot air balloons and a radio control airplane exhibition.
16:00 to 16:35 An exhibition of ?flying ribbons?.
16:50 to 17:25 The towing of delta wings and the attempt to break the record.
17:25 to 17:45 Delta wing exhibition and maneuvers.
17:55 to 18:20 Six paramotors will do 360° maneuvers in a simultaneous flight with a distance of 500 meters between each unit.
18:30 to 18:55 Ascent of parachutists.
